Representing the start of the Jackson Square redevelopment program, the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC) held a ground breaking ceremony Saturday to celebrate the multi-use, affordable housing project funded with the help of Stimulus funds. The event was attended by Governor Deval Patrick, Mayor Tom Menino, Rep. Michael Capuano, and several other members of local Boston government and the community.
